NineFifteen is a creative office located on Wilshire Boulevard, Los Angeles. Managed by LPC West, this building offers the greatest amenities and breathtaking views to its workers.
KPRS is the construction company responsible for this project. The structure and environment that shape the way we work and live are the mindsets used to develop this building. With the simple use of glazing and continuity of material created fluidity from outdoor to indoor and we brightened up the area. The open space features a brand-new outdoor seating area and the 7th floor holds a communal indoor-outdoor space with specialty landscaping and finishes, which provides the perfect conditions for office work, meetings, and site events.
WeWork Varsovia 36, Mexico City
WeWork is a provider of flexible workspace solutions and also a well-known place to bring people together, build a community and enhance productivity.
The Varsovia 36 is located in one of Mexico’s main commercial districts, able to provide a large event space and amazing views from the terrace. Cristina Crespo, the Design Director of WeWork in Latin America, introduces the future of design with this project. Stay loyal to the aesthetic to proceed and keeping the materials authentic are the key to the project. This building is well-equipped for every team to work in a collaborative office space but not in a typical way. It offers floors of co-working, an open office with city views, and iconic terraces.
Two Legacy West, Texas
Two Legacy West, a Gaedeke Group Project, is a giant office tower located near a developing area of Plano, Texas. Built upon the internationally recognized design of One Legacy West, this project is about to give you a luxurious spot to get your work done.
Featuring floor-to-ceiling windows with unobstructed 360-degree views, this expansive space provides work and gaming lounges, three outdoor decks with fire pits, and a wellness center. The architect, Gensler, has incorporated an outdoor environment. One of the main goals of the Two Legacy West office was to focus on office design that goes beyond sustainability and incorporate more green spaces to make them accessible to the outdoor area and work outside.
