An Office That Reflects Rare Beauty’s Identity
From the moment visitors step inside, it’s clear this isn’t a conventional corporate office.

The lobby is anchored by a playful multicolored staircase painted in shades inspired by Rare Beauty‘s Soft Pinch Liquid Blush collection. Interestingly, the staircase acts as a bold centerpiece representing the brand’s philosophy of embracing imperfection, creativity, and self-expression.

Interior Design That Feels Like Home
Unlike traditional office environments dominated by neutral tones and rigid layouts, the Rare Beauty headquarters was intentionally designed to feel cozy and inviting.
Soft blush tones, warm wood finishes, textured fabrics, curved furniture, and layered lighting create a residential atmosphere where employees can feel relaxed and inspired. Comfortable lounges replace formal waiting areas, while thoughtfully curated artwork and campaign photography reinforce the company’s creative identity.
Even Selena Gomez’s private office reflects this approach. Mauve curtains, plush seating, and soft materials create an intimate workspace that prioritizes comfort without sacrificing sophistication.
Prioritizing Mental Health Through Design
Rare Beauty has always placed mental health at the heart of its mission, and the office reflects that commitment. Beyond collaborative workspaces, the headquarters hosts meditation sessions, stretching classes, and wellness-focused activities that encourage employees to recharge throughout the day. This philosophy demonstrates how interior design can positively influence not only productivity but also emotional well-being.
For Selena Gomez, the office represents a physical expression of Rare Beauty’s mission, creating spaces that encourage authenticity, creativity, and meaningful human connection.
A Workplace That Inspires the Future of Design
The Rare Beauty office demonstrates how thoughtful interior design and innovative architecture can transform everyday workplaces into inspiring environments. By combining playful branding, residential comfort, flexible workspaces, and a strong commitment to employee well-being, Selena Gomez has helped create an office that feels less like a corporate headquarters and more like a creative studio designed for collaboration and innovation.
